Dr. Sasha Tahiliani, ND is a naturopathic doctor, hypnotherapist and manual practitioner dedicated to helping his clients optimize their mental, emotional and physical well-being using mindfulness-based hypnotherapy and body-centred care.

What to Expect?


Sessions are done either sitting or lying with the eyes closed. We explain the process as we go and create a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration using meditation and guided visualization techniques.


Then using your thoughts, feelings, sensations and physical symptoms as a guide, we identify the  subconscious images, conflicts, memories or limiting beliefs at the root of your concerns.  


We then facilitate the self-healing process by seeking the awareness, life lessons, or perspectives required to validate and integrate these concerns into new beneficial ways of being or behaving.

Before beginning treatment, we answer all of your questions and deal with any reservations you have about the therapeutic process. Treatments are done either sitting or lying with your eyes closed and we begin by using various meditation, imagery and visualization techniques to induce relaxation before using your imagination to tap into subconscious thoughts, feelings, sensations, images, beliefs, or memories at the root of your concerns.

Yes regression therapy can help most people. Regression simply uses a state of directed concentration in which you focus on what is going on inside you rather than around you. The feeling is similar to that between being awake and asleep, when we are absorbed in a good book, or when we are lost in our imagination. We simply use this relaxed state and your imagination in a directed way, that can help everyone improve if they are open to it.

Yes you are aware and will remember what happens during your session. The experience is similar to that of daydreaming and most people remember their daydreams vividly. For those that forget details of the session, we keep detailed notes of your session and can review them with you or make them available to you following your treatment. We also encourage clients to make notes of key insights or realizations experienced during treatment.
