Healthcare Provider
As a rheumatologist and internist with over two decades of experience, I have always been committed to providing my patients with high-quality care. Seeing first-hand how stress can cause burnout and damage to all facets of life, I developed a keen interest in understanding how my patients can live better with their chronic disease.
I learnt about several lifestyle changes including diet improvements, healthy sleep habits, and work-life balance using traditional wisdom and methods such as meditation and naturopathic ways of healing. With this, I set out to find a way to teach others about traditional wisdom while integrating modern scientific medicine and found Benson Henry Institute's stress management and resiliency program. I invite you to join me on this journey to achieve overall contentment in life.
